Driving Rain Storm - Clean Vehicles - Nope, not happening

The rig was shiny after 4 hours of cleaning.  The car was clean after washing it in the dark.  Wouldn’t you know it, within the first 10 miles we ran into a driving rainstorm.  The rain was coming at us horizontally so hard it blew into the side vent of our 1/2 bath and dumped rain on top of our toilet lid.  We pulled over into the first rest stop and waited it out.  Upon arriving at our destination (Geneva State Park) I stepped out and found that both the MotorHome and Toad (RV talk for towed vehicle) were covered in an 1/8” of road dirt.  I may as well brought a paint scraper to clean the cars (toad) windshield.  Oh Well.  I guess the cleaning I did was just free exercise.  :)
