We checked out Watkins Glen Racetrack and then hiked Watkins Glen State Park in NY.  There are 19 waterfalls  within 1 1/2 mile hike.  Can you believe as we started the hike two tour busses pulled up in front of us and dropped off a bunch of tourist to hike from the top to the bottom.  The bus drivers must of told them to take all of their belongings with them.  They would meet them at the bottom.  Some of the ladies had Gucci purses and 4” wedge heals.  “Give me a break”.  We were in hiking shoes, backpacks, and had walking sticks.  It was sort of comical to see them walk on the uneven shale.  They made it without any broken ankles much to my surprise.  Of course, their Gucci purses were damaged and ankles were swollen.  “NO TIP FOR YOU, Mr Bus Driver”!!
